Conference Coordinator:

 

Main Job Purpose:

Conference and Meetings Hotel north of Pretoria seeks an experienced Co-ordinator. Applicants should be enthusiastic, self-motivated, an effective communicator and have a strong sense of responsibility. Candidates must be willing to go through Occupational assessments.

Requirements

Grade 12 certificate.  Computer literate. Previous experience in the hotel or conference industry. Applicants must have their own reliable transport and valid driver’s license.

Hotel Financial Controller:

 

Main Job Purpose:

Hotel north east of Pretoria seeks an energetic, self-motivated and hard working person with excellent accounting and financial management skills with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior accounting position in the hotel industry, as well as experience in Cost control/procurement, Debtors and Creditors, financial control in hotels and reporting of hotel performance.

Requirements

The applicant should have extensive experience in maintaining bookkeeping and accounting processes, procedures and controls in hotel/s. Matric, Accounting or Financial qualification, English proficiency, computer literacy of MS Office and a driver’s license are essential requirements, whilst it is desirable to be proficient with Pastel and BIC. Candidates must be available for occupational assessments.
