Faircity Hotels is a new, innovative hotel group who is planning to establish a strong presence in the business hotel sector across South Africa and Africa. Faircity has an aggressive roll-out plan and would like to guide potential developers/owners/brokers as to what we are looking for.

Faircity Hotels will be focussing on business hotels in business nodes, catering for the modern-day travelling man and woman. Future hotels will need to comply with the following:

- Highly visible
- Highly accessible
- Close to business nodes
- Close to shopping centres, transport nodes and petrol stations
- More than a 100 rooms

All future hotels within the Faircity Group will fall within two distinct brands, summarised as follows:

Faircity Hotels (Non-standardised, existing hotels and refurbishments)

  • Themed four and three star hotel properties.
  • Conference and meetings hotels.
  • Serviced apartments.

 

* The Faircity Hotel Brand is for hotel owners who either wants to join a bigger hotel group and/or are not happy with its current hotel operator.

 

New Budget Hotel Brand
Faircity Hotels spent the last 18 months researching the current budget hotel sector in South Africa. We did client surveys to establish where we can improve as well as interviews with leading experts. Faircity came up with a new fresh different brand name which will make an immediate impact in the South African market when launched. We cater for every need of the business traveller and we do not distinguish our products with quality, but rather with size, colour and services. This brand will be standardised newly-built three star budget business hotels in key location across South Africa. This new brand will offer developers, property funds and hotel owners a new alternative to the current stale selection out there.
